Directions: In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. For iced tea, steep 4 tea bags or 3 teaspoons of loose leaf in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes, then refrigerate. Keeps up to 3 days.
