Shipping Australia-Wide

Free standard shipping on orders over $99 — sent via Shopify Shipping or Australia Post with tracking. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days anywhere in Australia.

Orders under $99 — flat-rate standard shipping of $10, sent with tracking. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days.

Express shipping — flat $17 via express courier or Australia Post Express, with tracking. Estimated delivery 1–4 business days.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Friday are picked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are sent on the next business day.

You'll receive email updates throughout the shipping process. We may include a contact number on the parcel so the courier can reach you about delivery if needed.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Once a parcel leaves us, courier and postal delays, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control can affect arrival times.
