New Nordic Active Magnesium Glycinate 600mg combines magnesium glycinate with B-vitamins, vitamin D, maritime pine bark extract and long pepper. Supports nervous system and reduces fatigue. Magnesium, biotin, niacin and vitamin B1 support energy metabolism. Magnesium and folic acid can help reduce fatigue. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Vitamin B6 contributes to hormone balance. Magnesium, niacin, B12-vitamin, B6-vitamin, thiamin and biotin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and heart and normal psychological function. Maritime pine bark improves blood circulation. Long pepper supports the absorption of other herbs.

Directions: Take 1 tablet morning and 1 tablet evening daily (2 tablets daily) with a glass of water. Dietary supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose.
