Ingredients
Each capsule contains: LipiSperse® Siberian Rhubarb containing Rheum rhaponticum root ext. dry conc. 2 mg from root dry 42 mg; LipiSperse® Chasteberry containing Vitex agnus-castus fruit ext. dry conc. 20 mg from fruit dry 900 mg; Affron® Saffron (complexed with LipiSperse® technology) containing Crocus sativus stigma ext. dry conc. 14 mg from stigma dry 46.6 mg; LipiSperse® Shatavari containing Asparagus racemosus root ext. dry conc. 300 mg from root dry 3 g.

Directions
Adults – Take two capsules with water, daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings
Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. This product contains Rheum rhaponticum and may have laxative effect. Do not exceed 2 capsules a day.
