Ingredients
Each capsule contains: LipiSperse® Libifem® Fenugreek containing Trigonella foenum-graecum seed ext. dry conc. 300 mg derived from Trigonella foenum-graecum seed dry 9.9 g; LipiSperse® Black Cohosh containing Actaea racemosa root and rhizome ext. dry conc. 30 mg derived from Actaea racemosa root and rhizome dry 450 mg.

Directions
Adults – Take one capsule with water twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.
