ALIVIA Hydration is a berry-flavoured electrolyte drink mix in single-serve sachets, sweetened with stevia. 30 x 5g sachets (150g).

Per 5g serve: L-taurine 1000mg, sodium chloride 600mg, potassium citrate 400mg, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 300mg, sodium citrate 200mg, magnesium bisglycinate 100mg, zinc citrate 5mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 1.3mg.

Ingredients: hydration blend (L-taurine, sodium chloride, potassium citrate, ascorbic acid, sodium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc citrate, vitamin B6), citric acid, flavour, silicon dioxide, stevia.
